Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NEXUS ("the Service"), operated by Spartan Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NEXUS is an omnichannel communication platform that enables businesses to manage WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram messages from a single interface. The Service includes AI-powered automated responses, lead management (CRM), and team collaboration tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or business per account unless authorized for multiple tenants

4. Pricing and Payment

• NEXUS Connect: $200/month (includes up to 5 agents and 1 phone number)
• Additional agents: $50/month each
• AI Bot 24/7 (Sophia): $250/month add-on
• Implementation fee: $250 one-time (paid upfront)
• Free trial: 30 days, no credit card required
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or any platform's policies
• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

6. AI Disclaimer

Our AI bot (Sophia) provides automated responses based on the configuration and training provided by you. Spartan Media LLC is not responsible for inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated responses. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's behavior through the platform settings.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your data, including messages, contacts, and leads. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Telnyx, Meta, OpenAI, etc.).

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Implementation fees are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Spartan Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
